This was a World Bank supported project. The project entailed building the capacity of technical officials in Kerala on water quality, service delivery, institutional assessment and recommending policy actions for service delivery improvement. Reviewed policy and institutional issues involved in delivering safe drinking water to household in Kerala. Water Quality assessment of the entire State of Kerala in rural and urban areas were conducted and institutional actions were recommended to Govt of Kerala to improve the service delivery.
