To achieve sustainable WASH interventions in primary healthcare facilities, it is essential to engage various stakeholders, including healthcare workers, patients, local community members, and policymakers. NISHTHA, is a flagship health systems strengthening project supported by USAID and being implemented by Jhpiego to promote healthy hygiene behaviour among the communities in five states of India, namely: Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim and Nagaland. Mu Gamma is assisting the Jhpiego team in strengthening the WASH ecosystem.
